Our wood signs are made with a painted MDF backing. The backing is encased in a dado cut into the frame (ie. not stapled to the frame). We use 3/4" thick 1-1/8" deep pine or spruce. The letters will be made from 1/8" matte black acrylic.

The frames will have natural knots and marking. These markings create a unique touch on evrey frame. Due to this, the appearance of the frames may differ slightly and each piece may take the stain differently.
